By a joint decision of the Deputy Minister of National Economy & Finance, George Kotsiras, and the Governor of the Independent Authority of Public Revenue (IAPR), George Pitsilis, of April 30th 2026 the deadlines for the start of the B’ phase of the digital monitoring of stock movements for all businesses were postponed, to facilitate their fulfillment of the relevant obligations.
Phase B is now being implemented in stages, with the division of obligations into distinct stages, as follows:
- From 12/10/2026, the loading, transhipment and receipt procedures for the digital monitoring and traceability of stock movements, as well as the transmission of quantitative and qualitative control data, are activated.
- From 1/1/2027, the Single Coding of Items is implemented, according to the Combined Nomenclature (TARIC).
Until the starting date of each individual obligation, the possibility of optional transmission of the relevant data to the myDATA digital platform is provided.
It is noted that from 1/12/2025, the obligation to digitally issue the documents for the consignment and transmission of data of the A’ phase already applies.
