Following previous relevant notification, we inform you that until October 4th and for the protection of citizens against COVID-19, regulations for remote working for Attica region are put in place.
Namely, for the private sector the provision for remote working applies at 40% of personnel, under conditions, and in case of violation a 3,000-euro fine is imposed to the employer.
Working hours must be adjusted so that at the beginning and end, every half hour and within a 2-hour duration, employees arrive and depart with flexibility, with simultaneous suspension of the employer’s obligation to register changes and modifications of the working schedule in ERGANI Information System. This easing does not modify the employment contract type of employees.
– Employer’s obligation to declare overtime in the Information System ERGANI remains unchanged.
