Employers who are subject to the temporary closure measurements submit a declaration to “ERGANI”, stating that their business is under a temporary ban.

Employees of these businesses submit a declaration at a specific electronic platform, stating their personal details, their IBAN, and the details of the business in which they work, in order to be included in the specific support mechanism.

Excluded are:

(a) those working remotely;
(b) those being at any type of leave;
(c) those working as a minimum-security personnel; and
(d) employees whose type of work is not suspended due to the prohibition on business operation.
