Up to 10.4.2020 the following shall apply:
- It is suspended the employer’s duty to immediately register in «ERGANI» the planned changes in the employees’ work schedule. Registration will take place up within the first ten days of the following month.
- The employer may decide that employees will work remotely (teleworking).
- Working parents (certain conditions apply) can make use of special purpose leave. The special purpose leave shall last for at least 3 days, provided that the employee uses 1 day of his regular leave for every 3 days of the special purpose leave. From the days of the special purpose leave 2/3 are covered by the employer, and 1/3 by the regular government budget.
