As part of measures to combat the spreading of COVID-19, and for a period which may not exceed 6 months, the employer may decide to designate safe operation mode staff of the business as follows:

– Each employee may work for a minimum of 2 weeks per month, continuously or intermittently,

– This way of organizing work is done weekly and comprises at least 50% of the staff of the business,

– An employer who applies this way of operation shall maintain the same number of employees employed at the time of its commencement.
