The Ministry of Finance  redesigned E3 form, to adapt better to the Greek Accounting Standards rules and in order to capture in a more comprehensive manner  the results and all financial information of businesses. Dynamic tables analysing the company’s financial information (purchases, sales, expenses, etc.) have been included for this purpose.

Furthermore, a table which allows the listing of limited liability companies’ shareholders is included.

This new format was a result of comments and notifications taken into account after public consultation.

In the current fiscal year, for simplification reasons, the tax completion table is replaced by a solemn declaration, which is signed by the company’s accountants. In this way, the correct submission of withholding income tax return and indirect tax return is ensured.
