Dear Partners,

In regard to the Coronavirus crisis we are all suffering we would like to inform you of the following:
Greece at this very moment is not suffering as much as other countries in general. Our firm though has put in place certain measures to make the working environment and the working conditions safer for all.
Our firm is equipped and using the latest technological infrastructure and means so that our staff is able to work either from the office or remotely from everywhere with the highest data security standards. We also have and implemented a full Business Continuity Plan in place too.
Therefore, we are not expecting to face major obstructions in our capability providing our services during this virus crisis as it has at this moment.
In addition, we would like to inform you that our firm has issued specific hygiene guidelines to all staff for use to both home and office.
In addition to the guidelines, the following measures apply:
1. We are not visiting clients unless it is absolutely necessary and remote access is not possible.
2. We do not organize in our offices, nor do we attend meetings in other places. Alternatively, we organize conference or video calls via Skype for Business app or other.
3. 1/3 office, 2/3 home, work rotation scheme.
We are evaluating those measurements daily and we will escalate actions if necessary.
Greek government issued a new Legal Act under which working from home is allowed and special leaves for the employees are provided.
These regulations are in force until 10th of April when they will be re-evaluated.
