Athens, January 10th 2021

Kleopas Alliott Business Consultants, with more than 30 years of successful operations in the Greek market, is undergoing an internal administrative restructuring with Maria Gratsia assuming the position of Chief Executive Officer from January 1st, 2022, with responsibility for the overall operation of the company and the formulation of the general policy of promotion and development of the business. Yannis Kleopas will remain as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company from January 1st 2022 without direct executive duties.

From the position of Chief Executive Officer, Maria Gratsia, with a strong international background in the accounting and tax services industry, is committed to accelerating the company’s growth path and expanding the range of services offered. The objective of the activities remains the provision of integrated services, which ensure with stability, accuracy and consistency the viability of businesses and full compliance with their institutional obligations.

With Maria Gratsia’s new role, the company’s management team is significantly strengthened, while her direct colleagues will assist her in her work:

– Theodosis Pilarinos, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, in charge of the Tax Department
– Vagelis Sarris, Member of the Board of Directors, responsible for customer service in Athens
– Vagelis Bonis, Member of the Board of Directors with responsibility for customer service for Mykonos
