We recall that, according to no. Proc. 353 / C4-21, a document of the Hellenic Statistical Authority, the statistical thresholds which are valid from 1.1.2017 to 31.12.2017, where enterprises are required to submit an Intrastat declaration, are formed as follows:

a) One hundred and fifty thousand euros (150.000 €) for arrivals and

b) Ninety thousand euros (90,000 euros) for dispatches.

It should be noted that according to the above document, there is an obligation to submit an Intrastat declaration for intra-Community transactions which happened in 2017 in case that in 2016, total transactions (arrivals or dispatches) exceeded the above statistical thresholds for 2017 or in case that the total intra-Community arrivals and dispatches of goods in the year 2017 exceed those thresholds.
