By Act of the Governor of the Bank of Greece, legal entities in the non-financial sector, having the legal form of SA (listed or unlisted), LTD, Limited Partnership by shares and PCC, are required, at the same time with their statutory disclosure obligation, to submit their financial statements to the Bank of Greece by completing the specific models indicated.

Submission of the annual financial statements will be done in accordance with relevant instructions. The latest version of these financial statements will be posted on the Bank of Greece website.

The first submission will relate to the business years 2016, 2017 and 2018 and it will take place in November 2019. 

In the event of incomplete, erroneous or delayed submission of the above information by the liable entities, the relevant penalties provisions of the Bank of Greece Statute shall apply.
