Tourist services arrangements

For bookings made which will be canceled between February 25th, 2020 and September 30th, 2020 by either counterparty, the tourist business is obliged to refund to the customer any amount the customer has paid as deposit, or guarantee, etc.

Alternatively, the tourist business may offer the customer an equal credit note, valid for 18 months from the date of issuance instead of refunding the money. The tourist business must inform the customer in writing about the offer of the credit note within 30 days. Conditions apply.

Similar to the above arrangements are in place for bookings between tourist businesses and/or tour operators.
